We strongly recommend checking your departure time from your local airport one day before travel and again on the day of departure, as last-minute flight cancellations or schedule changes may occur. To avoid any inconvenience, please call FJ Travel a day before and on the day of your flight to confirm your Umrah ticket and departure schedule. This will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free start to your Umrah journey.

This is the standard procedure for all our all-inclusive Umrah package travelers. Upon arrival at destination airport, after clearing customs, proceed to collect your luggage and exit the arrival area. Our Umrah transport team members or drivers will be waiting for you at the airport before your arrival, holding an FJ Travel sign for easy identification. If you are unable to locate our driver, please call or message the contact number provided on your "Umrah Hotel and Transportation" voucher. Free telephone booths are available at the airport for local calls. For internet access, we recommend using an "Airalo" eSIM or any preferred local SIM to stay connected. Once you meet our driver, they will take you to your pre-booked Umrah hotel for a comfortable stay. We advise families to discuss their first guided Umrah with an Imam with our manager in Saudi Arabia to schedule the best timing. After a long flight and the busy environment at Masjid Al-Haram, our team ensures that you perform your Umrah at a time that is most convenient and comfortable for you, InshaAllah.

From arrival in Saudi Arabia, in Makkah or Madina city, we have assigned dedicated team to attend your family for all the proposed itineraries including Guided Umrah scheduling, Ziarats Tours arrangments and planning, traveling in between city from Makkah to Madina or wise versa, picking and drop at the airport. This depends on the Umrah package you have chosen. If you have selected an all-inclusive Umrah package, we recommend exchanging your currency upon arrival in Saudi Arabia for better exchange rates. However, if you are traveling with an Umrah ticket only and making your own arrangements, please check with local currency exchange centers or banks before departure. In Saudi Arabia, the most commonly accepted payment method is cash in Saudi Riyals (SAR). While many Umrah hotels, well-known brands, and shops accept Visa and credit cards, we strongly recommend keeping some cash handy for convenience and security during your trip.

Ehram must be worn before arriving at the Meeqat point. If you are traveling by air, male pilgrims must change into Ehram before crossing the designated Meeqat. Airlines usually announce the Meeqat point during the flight, so please listen carefully or consult your travel agent for guidance. You can also reach out to us for assistance to ensure you are properly prepared for your Umrah journey.

After completing your first Umrah, you must travel outside the Meeqat zone, change into Ehram, and pray two Rakat of Sunnah Namaz to renew your Niyyah (intention) for Umrah. The closest Meeqat point from Masjid Al-Haram is Masjid Aisha, located approximately 2 kilometers away. For your convenience, you can ask our representative to arrange a taxi, or you may find readily available Umrah transport options to take you to Masjid Aisha. However, for safety reasons, we strongly advise single female travelers and students not to travel alone in any taxi. We prioritize your security and recommend using trusted transportation services to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
